All those whose visa that will expire before 1st of February 2023, please bring the proper renewal documents to the SIMATEX office before 15th of December 2022 without procrastination.
SIMATEX office is officially open for reception of documents starting from 10:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday.
Extremely Important!
After you arrive to Russia with a single entry visa, you are required to pass the PCR test, make a registration and immediately submit the documents for a new visa regardless of the duration of that visa.
As for those students who have multiple visa, swiftly submit relevant documents by the dates agreed with the dean's office of the university, but no later than 4 weeks before the expiry of the current visa.
